Small-batch cooking isn’t just about dividing ingredients by four. It’s about physics, heat distribution, and precision. At Rokig, we believe a recipe is a contract: if you buy the ingredients, we guarantee the result.

Our Transparency Promise: AI-Assisted, Human-Approved
We believe in radical transparency. Yes, we use Artificial Intelligence to help us research faster and structure our guides. However, AI does not taste food, and AI does not worry about your safety.
That is why every single recipe on Rokig.com is rigorously reviewed, fact-checked, and cooked by our human editorial team. We use technology to be efficient, but we use human expertise to be effective. Read our full Editorial Charter here.
“Will this work in my machine?”
This is the most common question we get. Small appliances vary wildly in wattage and insulation. An Air Fryer running at 400°F is much more aggressive than a conventional oven at the same setting.
To keep you safe and ensure success:
- We prioritize temperature over time: We always provide target internal temperatures (based on USDA standards) because cook times can vary by machine.
- We test tolerances: We identify the “margin of error” for recipes. If a dish burns easily, we warn you.
- We disclose specific equipment: We state exactly which size and type of appliance was used for the test batch.
A Personal Note from the Test Kitchen
“This methodology isn’t just a process; it’s my personal guarantee. I know the disappointment of a ruined dinner when you’re cooking for yourself. My goal is to make Rokig the most reliable sous-chef in your kitchen.”
